By selecting a separate, unticked checkbox and completing sign-in to the app, the user freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously gives this consent.
1. Data subject and Controller
1.1. The user gives consent to Rzaev Omar Rzaevich, an individual residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The channel for legally significant notices and requests is voonapp@mail.ru.
2. Data covered
2.1. Email, account ID, sign-in method, language and account/sign-in dates.
2.2. Nickname, avatar, bio, sports and optional social handles.
2.3. Precise/background location during recording; GPS track, time, distance, duration, speed, pace and elevation.
2.4. Workout metrics: power, cadence, steps and other connected-sensor data except heart rate, when used.
2.5. Text, photos, GPX/FIT files, saves, follows and support messages.
2.6. IP address, request time, app/OS version, errors and security events.
2.7. Legal-document identifier, version, language, method and server acceptance time.
2.8. Heart rate, heart-rate zones, weight, sex, birth date and calories are processed by the app only on the user’s device (Apple Health data under an iOS permission). The Controller does not receive or store them, and this consent does not provide for their transfer to the Controller.
2.9. Public dissemination of a profile, route, photos and metrics is excluded and requires a separate first-publication consent.
3. Purposes
3.1. Account creation and security; recording, calculating, syncing, restoring, importing and exporting activities; maps and routing; voluntary publication and moderation; support; abuse prevention; performance of the Terms and compliance with law.
4. Operations
4.1. Collection, receipt, recording, organisation, storage, correction, matching, retrieval, use, automated calculation, transfer to providers, user access, de-identification, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.
5. Health data and HealthKit
5.1. The Controller does not receive or store heart rate, heart-rate zones, weight, sex, birth date or calories: they are processed only on the user’s device and excluded from the server copy of an activity. The Controller therefore does not process health data falling within the special categories of personal data. Apple Health imports remain on-device and are not uploaded to VOON, except a route the user chooses to publish; HealthKit access is controlled by a separate iOS permission.
5.2. Workout metrics are used solely for sports statistics and selected VOON features. They are not used to draw conclusions about health or for advertising, insurance, credit, employment or similarly significant decisions.
5.3. Heart rate, weight or calories may be transferred to the Controller only after a separate new consent in the form required by applicable law.
6. Recipients
6.1. Consent covers necessary disclosure to the providers listed in section 7 of the Privacy Policy, including hosting, email, maps and routing.
7. Duration and withdrawal
7.1. Consent lasts until the purpose ends, account deletion or withdrawal, whichever comes first, unless another legal basis permits or requires continued processing. Withdraw through voonapp@mail.ru or account deletion. Withdrawal is prospective and may disable necessary features.
8. Evidence and confirmation
8.1. VOON records the user ID, document/version, language, sign-in method and server time. The checkbox is off by default.
8.2. The user confirms they are at least 16, have read this document and the Privacy Policy, and understand the data, purposes, recipients and withdrawal process.
